Become an Ri Patron

Becoming an Ri Patron is a rewarding way to support our charity in it's mission to inspire everyone to think more deeply about science and its place in our lives. Your philanthropy is truly valued and has a significant impact on our education, digital and heritage programmes.

About Ri Patronage

Patronage has been at the heart of the Royal Institution since our foundation in 1799. By becoming an Ri Patron you join a valued group of individuals who provide essential support to the Ri from our education programmes, to our digital work and our heritage projects.

Your patronage allows us to expand and grow on our remarkable legacy and enables us to place science firmly at the centre of society.

As an Ri Patron you will join a group of philanthropists and enjoy access to a wide range of benefits including exclusive patron events, speaker’s drinks receptions, behind-the-scenes access and have the opportunity to attend our Faraday Dinner and Discourse dinners.

The Royal Institution’s vision is for a world where everyone is inspired to think more deeply about science and its place in our lives. Your philanthropy helps us make this a reality.

The benefits below will be applied from 1 January 2020.

Please contact Eleni Markopoulioti, Major Donor and Patron Manager or James Sallows, Patron and Events Executive at patrons@ri.ac.uk or on +44 (0)20 7670 2950 to join now or for more information.
