Trusts and Foundations

Trusts and foundations have a long history of supporting the Ri’s CHRISTMAS LECTURES and its programme of exciting digital and educational activities.

Support from trusts & foundations enables millions of young people a year, from a range of backgrounds and from across the UK, to benefit from greater engagement with science, including through the CHRISTMAS LECTURES experience.

Help us to show the possibilities of science to young people today. To find out more about how you can support the Lectures, please contact the development team at development@ri.ac.uk.

Make a donation through our JustGiving page

For over 220 years the Ri has been serving the public through science. Today, as our income continues to be significantly reduced in the wake of the necessary Covid-19 restrictions, we are even more strongly reliant on the generosity of our supporters than ever before. As we are an independent charity that receives no core government funding, your support could be vital in securing a future for the Ri.

Please donate whatever you feel able to afford, to protect our past and our future via our JustGiving page. And if you’re a UK taxpayer, please remember to add gift aid – a larger donation for the Ri at no extra cost to you.

Thank you for your support for the Royal Institution.
