About Neil Monteiro

Neil Monteiro graduated from Imperial College London with a degree in Physics and still helps with engagement there as an Honorary Outreach Lecturer.

He now works as a space engineer, meaning he gets to design and make things that go to space for a job. He currently works at a UK-based company creating crystals in space for use on Earth. He’s been lucky to be part of many aspects of the space industry from working on a launch site to experiencing zero-gravity on a parabolic flight.
