About Alex Attesley
Alex is the Head of Project Delivery at the Natural History Museum where she leads a team of Project and Programme Managers in the delivery of a variety of projects across the Museum.
Alex is a construction professional with 25 years’ experience, primarily within charity, heritage and conservation organisations and is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Member of the Association for Project Managers, and has a MSc Sustainable Heritage. She has a strong track record of delivering complex projects and programmes that balance the care of historic buildings and collections with meaningful public engagement. She is experienced in stakeholder management and clear communication across diverse audiences, both internal and external. Alex has worked across some of the UK’s most high-profile and widely visited sites, including the HM Tower of London, Windsor Castle and now the Natural History Museum with a focus on maintaining business continuity while supporting long-term organisational sustainability.
