What do you want out of life? The things we care about in life often conflict, preventing us from doing what matters most to us. How do we start thinking about our goals to enable us to reflect on them effectively?

Blending personal stories, philosophy, and psychology, join philosopher Valerie Tiberius as she discusses invaluable advice about living well by understanding your values and resolving the conflicts that frustrate their fulfilment.

In this talk, discover the importance of interconnectedness and strategies for coping with obstacles to realising your goals.
