On behalf of the Trustees, Patrons, Members and staff of the Royal Institution, Sir Richard Catlow, Chair of the Royal Institution, has today paid tribute to His Majesty King Charles III, in celebration of the auspicious occasion of his Coronation.

Sir Richard said: “It is with much gratitude that we remember the unwavering support for the Royal Institution given by His Majesty as our former Royal Patron, during which time the Ri has been pleased to further the objective of public engagement with science.

“On behalf of the Trustees, Patrons, Members and staff of the Royal Institution, I offer our sincere wishes to His Majesty The King and the Queen Consort, for a happy and glorious reign."
