Join us on Thursday 6 July for an unforgettable evening of hands-on science exploring dreams, senses, love potions and more. Expand your mind at the talk from Dr Caroline Horton to learn about what happens to our memory as we dream. Marvel at the mind-boggling experiments and wander, as if in a dream, through our beautiful and historic building.
Free tickets are available to Members and Patrons of the Ri. You will be asked to show your in-date Patron or Member card on the door.

Dr Caroline Horton is Senior Lecturer in Cognitive Psychology at Bishop Grosseteste University (Lincoln) and Director of “DrEAMSLab”. Caroline has been researching the relationships between sleep and memory for 13 years, using dreams to gather insight into the ways in which our memories are structured and activated whilst we sleep. Caroline has conducted more than fifty experiments in this area, published many of these and frequently presents her research at national and international events.
