Join BBC broadcaster and author Simon Mayo as he talks about how his passion for science led him to write about Itchingham Lofte - 'Itch' - the fourteen year old, science mad, element hunting hero of the explosively exciting ITCH series.

Packed with live experiments perfomed by UCL's Andrea Sella, this event is perfect for families with children aged 10+.

We will also be running an exclusive workshop and an elements treasure hunt before the event, so make sure you arrive early.

Doors to the Ri will open at 3pm.
