Jennifer Rohn of Lablit.com hosts the monthly book club dedicated to great fiction books with a science theme. If you're an interested reader who has something to say, then come along.
The format of Fiction Lab is simple. All you need to do is check this webpage for the book choice, read the book beforehand and then drop into the Ri to discuss it with other fiction lovers.
Fiction Lab will be held in the Conversation Room this month. Admission is free and there is no need to book tickets in advance.
March's book is Lone Wolf by Jodi Picoult;
Luke Warren, a scientist studying wolf biology, would sleep in the dirt if it meant he could be under the stars. He lives by the laws of nature, and would surely want to die that way. But Luke is in a coma, and his family must make an unbearable decision. As tensions and secrets rise to the surface, the tragic accident which brought them back together against the odds could well tear Luke's family apart forever.
