Don Mottram

Don Mottram is Professor of Food Chemistry at the University of Reading where he is Head of the Flavour Chemistry Research Group. Don's research interests are the chemistry and biochemistry of flavour formation in fresh and cooked foods, and understanding the nature of components in foods stimulate our senses of taste and smell.
