Time and Space at the Royal Institution of Great Britain is the perfect Mayfair location to dine, to entertain or just to take the weight off. Located across the ground floor of this beautifully historic building Time and Space comprises of 3 areas:
A bright open space, ideal for those who fancy something quick and easy. Serving a range of morning pastries, light lunches and afternoon treats, all baked on the premises. Open from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please click the link above for more information.
The bar and lounge area (also known as the Cartier Room) provide a place to go whenever you need to relax and unwind. During the day the bar serves as an ideal meeting place to entertain colleagues over a casual working lunch; or if you wish to visit latter in the evening , a great place to get that after work cocktail you so greatly deserve.
Open every week day for lunch from 12pm - 3pm and serving the best of British food the Time & Space restaurant is very popular with local businesses and residents alike. Enjoy seasonal British flavours in friendly, contemporary surroundings where the food is always the hero. Perfect for a business lunch or a meal with friends.
During the day you can choose from the extensive bar food menu or why not treat yourself and a friend to Afternoon Tea, including ‘Smoked salmon potato bun', ‘Ham and piccalilli cheese biscuit' and beautiful serving of homemade ‘Opera cake'. Throughout all of the Time and Space areas we offer free Wi-Fi access to all of our customers just ask your waiter for the password when placing your order.
Membership & Reservations
Although membership to the RI offers many great benefits and bonuses and is highly recommended it is not required for visiting any of the Time and Space areas. The cafe, bar, Cartier room and the restaurant are all open to all members of the public at anytime.
