Prof Malcolm Grant

Malcolm Grant has been President and Provost of UCL since 2003. He was appointed CBE in 2003 for services to planning law and local government. Malcolm was Chairman (from 1996 ? 2000) of the Agriculture and Environment Biotechnology Commission, which had responsibility for giving strategic advice to the UK Government on the implications of biotechnology for agriculture and the environment.
